She was born in 1987 in Biha\u0107.<\/p>

Education<\/strong><\/p>

She completed elementary and high school in Podgorica. At the Faculty of Law in Podgorica, in 2010, she completed the Basic Academic Studies, as well as the Postgraduate Specialist Academic Studies – Constitutional Legal \u2013 Political Program.<\/p>

Before the Examination Commission of the Ministry of Justice, on 29 November 2013, she passed the Bar Exam, after which, before the Commission of the Bar Association of Montenegro, she passed the bar exam.<\/p>

Work experience<\/strong><\/p>

She started her work engagement in the law office “Dragoljub \u0110ukanovi\u0107” in Podgorica, as an intern, after which she practiced law independently, until she was elected as a member of the Council of the Agency for Protection of Competition.<\/p>

At the session of the Government of Montenegro, on 20 April 2022, Plana Karad\u017ei\u0107 was appointed as a member of the Council of the Agency for Protection of Competition.<\/p>

She was born in \u017dabljak.<\/p>

She graduated from the Faculty of Law in Titograd in 1982.<\/p>

She started working in the Republic Secretariat for Finance in 1985, Department for Normative Legal and General Affairs. From 1989 to 2011, she worked in the Ministry of Finance (Real Estate Administration) in the Department of Property Legal Affairs – second instance procedure.<\/p>

She joined the Directorate for Protection of Competition in 2011. Since April 2016, she has been assigned to the position of Head of the Department for Protection of Competition in Regulated Markets in the Electronic Communications Sector, Information Technology and Media Market.<\/p>

Member of the Negotiating Team for Chapter 8 – Competition, since the formation of the group.<\/p>

Acting Director of the Agency for Protection of Competition from 2018 to 2022.<\/p>

By nationality Montenegrin.<\/p>
