In Podgorica, on 09.05.2019. is signed the \u00a0Memorandum of Understanding with the Faculty of National and European Studies – FDES in Podgorica.<\/p>\n

The agreement defines the subject and area of mutual cooperation in the part of educational, scientific, research and project activity.<\/p>\n

The signatories also agreed on the participation of professors from the Faculty of National and European Studies \u2013 FDES in the field of administrative procedures, official systems of rhetoric, legal nomotechnics, informatics and ECDL programs, police law and authority, misdemeanor law, inspection supervision and other fields within the scope of work of the Faculty.<\/p>\n

In addition to the above, the participation of the faculty professors in the analysis to determine the principles of economic advantage of the beneficiaries of state aid and to analyze the conditions of competition in the markets and markets of particular economic sectors, determine the methods of competition research, as well as the preparation of sectoral analyzes in a particular industry.<\/p>\n

In the coming period, will be signed an agreement with the Council of Competition \u00a0Bosnia and Hercegovina, and \u00a0as well as the establishment of an “Administrative Partnership” between the German Federal Cartel Office and the Competition Agency of Montenegro.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
