By adopting the Law on State Aid Control (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 012/18 of 23 February 2018), the state aid affairs, which until then were under the responsibility of the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro and the Commission for the COntrol of the State Aid, were transferred to the competence of the Agency for the Protection of Competition of Montenegro.
