On April 18th 2019, the Agency issued an unannounced insight into the business premises of the participants in the relevant market for the sale of electronic devices in the territory of Montenegro on the basis of the ex officio initiated procedure.
The collection of data by dawn raid was necessary for the purpose of examining the existence of acts which have or may have the effect of preventing, restricting or distorting competition within the meaning of Article 8, Paragraph 1, Points 1 and 6 of the Competition Protection Law (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 44/12 and 13/18).
