On July 25th, 2019, the Agency, ex officio carried out unannounced direct inspections of participants’ business premises in the relevant markets of sales services, warranty conditions, service, procurement and traffic of spare parts for motor vehicles, including motorcycles , on the territory of Montenegro.
The collections of data by direct insight was considered to be a necessary radial examination of the existence of acts which, for the purpose or effect, must be capable of preventing, restricting or ordering a competition within the meaning of Article 8, paragraph 1, items 1 and 6 of the Law on Competition (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 44/12 and 13/18)
